We have considerable experience relating to retail projects throughout the UK, including town centre redevelopment, mixed use developments, out of town retail parks and specialist high street retailers in both food and non-food sectors. Our experience includes initial feasibility studies and site appraisals, developing master plan schemes in conjunction with the architect for planning applications, through to the final detailed design of projects, including new build, extensions and refurbishments.
We have successfully designed numerous retail related projects on town centre, 'brownfield' and 'greenfield' sites for a variety of clients.

Our experience in food retail started in 1970 with our first project for Tesco. Since that time we have completed over 50 major schemes for the retailer, primarily in the south and south west of the UK. These schemes have ranged from new build stores on greenfield and brownfield sites to major extensions of existing stores (ensuring that the store continues trading throughout the construction period), stores with parking below the sales floor and major mixed use town centre redevelopments.
We have also carried out extensions of existing stores for Sainsbury's and new build developments for Lidl, Netto, Erteco and for Waitrose in St Neot's and Petersfield.

Several retail parks and shopping centres have been completed as well as DIY superstores for B&Q and Homebase.
We have carried out major store refurbishments for specialist high end retailers including Donna Karan, Georgio Armani, Prada and Louis Vuitton as well as other high street shops such as The Pier and also major high street banks, NatWest and Lloyds.
