Giggling Squid Multiple Sites
SWH have acted as Principal Designers for a number of Giggling Squid restaurants at multiple sites.
We have worked together at a number of different retail sites, including at Chislehurst, Cheltenham, Kingston, Beaconsfield and Warwick amongst others.
Typically, these projects comprise of the refurbishment or fit-out of the new or existing restaurant, and follow the clients format and specification for their restaurants.
On site work is normally completed within 3 months.
Due to the nature of the sites, various surveys are undertaken at the pre-construction stage, including asbestos and service detection.
The scope of construction work comprises of mechanical and electrical installation, decoration/redecoration, client branding, and modifications to services and drainage. There is the potential that contractors will also use hazardous chemicals, during the site work.
SWH undertake a full Principal Designer Service through all stages of the project, which includes checking contractors proposals.
