At Scott White and Hookins, we have many years experience dealing with specialist structures and materials.

We have provided solutions for the design of the following:

Our engineers understand the versatility and usefulness of Aluminium as a structural material. We have developed our own suite of specialist design aides based on many years of design work with this material. Our expertise extends to the use of British, European and American design standards. Aluminium structural forms include extrusions, drawn tube, forgings, castings, sheet and plate and are available in a wide variety of both heat-treatable (strength derived from heat treatment) and non-heat-treatable Alloys, each with unique characteristics. Care has to be taken in the design of Structural Aluminium to account for its limitations and make best use of its strengths.
