Party Wall Surveying

Our surveyors work for developers and end users seeking to construct or extend a property as well as adjoining owners of buildings that will be affected by proposed works. In either case, we seek the best result for our client. We undertake a thorough, initial assessment of the structure before advising clients on the best course of action. We then submit notices under the Party Wall Act and see the case through to fruition, including advising on the appointment of party wall and third party surveyors for the other side where required by law.
