Construction Documentation

The health and safety file is a crucial record of construction projects and, at SWH, we have developed a dedicated team of highly experienced file compilers to focus on this important aspect of CDM.

From the outset, we have seen the importance of the health & safety file as a crucial record of each project as carried out on site. To address this, we have a dedicated team of highly experienced and trained file compilers whose task is to collate information into Health and Safety Files, O&Ms and Building Manuals. This has distinct advantages in that it allows CDM coordinators to concentrate on pre-construction issues and files to be compiled without distraction as the project progresses.

Documentation can be made available for any specified deadline, including handover or practical completion. We believe in a pro-active approach, providing a service that continually exceeds client expectations.
