Access Auditing

By law, the disabled must be accommodated in both existing and new buildings. Our experts undertake access audits of existing properties to provide clients with a detailed review of existing provisions and identify areas that require improvement. For new buildings, we prepare access statements if any elements of the building do not comply with Part M of the Building Regulations. This justifies the provision for disabled persons and explains why full compliance has not been achieved.
