SWH Approved Inspectors Ltd endeavours to do just this.  We strive to tailor our private building control service from the first initial enquiry and fee quotation to the completion of the contract.  We have learnt that clients need service levels and charge rates to be clear, so our fee quotations indicate how many site visits will be needed.  We separate out plan and site inspections and, on projects over £2 million, we include a full summary of the service and details about the team. 

Our approach has led to a continued high percentage of repeat business and our nomination as the consulting Building Control Body for the East London Line redevelopment project.
