Railways and London Underground

Rail and the London Underground continues to be a key sector for Scott White and Hookins.

We have recently designed a new eight-car platform with a glazed footbridge, lifts and stairs for Denham Rail Station in Buckinghamshire.  As lead designers we have coordinated the various disciplines, including piling, track realignment, lighting, DOO (Driver Only Operation) and CCTV cameras, as well as fulfilling our role as civil and structural design engineers.

Following on from our success with Balfour Beatty Rail working on the West Coast mainline, our experienced team have moved on to the East London Underground Line.
