Community Infrastructure Levy

A new charge, the Community Infrastructure Levy, is on the horizon. It will enable local authorities to secure larger contributions from developers towards the costs of infrastructure, principally transport.

Our Transportation team headed by Rosemary Ralph, who has worked both with private developers and local authorities,  can help negotiate charges for you or help with other transportation issues such as transportation assessment/statement, route safety audit or travel plans.
