There are many challenges which we have met in designing for modern healthcare projects. In most cases work has to be undertaken in a live hospital environment and in carrying out our design work we consider impact on patients and staff as well as other aspects such as dust, vibration and traffic created by the works in order to minimise the disruption caused. We believe in designing with economy, taking into account not only construction cost but also long term maintenance and environmental aspects. Often by judicious design we are able to incorporate future flexibility into a design for little additional cost.
Under our framework agreements we have engineers on hand to attend at short notice should Clients have an urgent problem to resolve.
