Founded in 1963, Scott White and Hookins is a 70-strong practice providing a comprehensive range of specialist consulting services across both public and private sectors. With offices in Bedford, London and Winchester we are well placed to service clients across the UK.

No matter what service we provide you, every project has the direct involvement of a partner as well as a senior member of staff, from start to finish. This ensures that as our client you remain confident that the value of your project is optimised.

Our level of repeat business is very high, at over 70%, and many clients have entrusted us with all of their projects over many years. This is testament to our technical skill, the quality of our advice and the value that we add through innovation and creative thinking. It is also proof of the strong working relationships that we foster with clients.

We always challenge ourselves to be better. We were one of the first engineering firms to have our Quality Management System accredited by BSI. Today we continue our quality standards by being fully accredited to ISO 9001:2008. Our commitment to empower our staff to excel is rewarded by our continuous accreditation with Investor in People and all our technical staff have qualified for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
